For orders under 200 EUR the delivery is fixed: 20 EUR
We use DHL/TNTexpresscourier service for all orders. Delivery usually takes 2-5 business days, provided there are no customs delays, and depending on the designated destination.
We do not ship to P.O.Boxes. Please make sure you have provided a complete delivery address and phone number.
We use DHL/TNT express courier service for all orders. Delivery usually takes 2-5 business days, provided there are no customs delays, and depending on the designated destination. Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, EIRENE is not liable for any delays, damage or losses to your parcel. Any issues that may arise will need to be raised with the associated courier provider. Each parcel is dispatch from our warehouse with a request for signature upon delivery. If you request for your parcel to be left without a signature, this is at your own discretion. In case you are not available at the address specified when the delivery is attempted, you will then need to call the local DHL/TNT number to organise re-delivery or pickup at the nearest DHL/TNT location.
CUSTOMS FEES AND DUTIES
Please note the delivery charge does not include any applicable importation charges, taxes and duties by customs in the country where the order is to be delivered. You are responsible for such taxes and duties. As we ship from Europe, EU countries are exempted from paying customs fees and charges
EIRENE is not responsible for any delays caused by a countries customs and is unable to alter the duties and taxes incurred.

When the order is hand-overed to the courrier, customers receive an email from DHL providing the tracking number (AWB) related to the order. To monitor the status of your order, customers may visit DHL official website http://www.dhl.com/en.html and insert the given AWB number in the specific area “Track Your Shipment”.
We hope you’re delighted with your order. If you’re not perfectly satisfied, you may request a return/exchange for your item(s) within 14 days.
All sales are final and we are unable to make any pricing adjustments once the order has been placed.
Returning your purchase: As soon as you’ve decided you’d like to exchange or return, let us know, following the below steps:
Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to receive a returns form and return instructions. Please include your order number and the details of the return including the item to be returned or exchanged.
Fill out the Returns slip we provide and place the form with your package.
Send your parcel back to us within 14 days to the address provided on the form. It is recommended that you use a traceable shipping method to ensure that your return is delivered safely to us. We are not responsible for lost items.
*Please note: We do not cover shipping costs for returned goods as this is at the sender’s expense. We also accept no responsibility for any additional costs, delays and loss of goods being returned.
Exchanges: We do not offer a direct exchanges at this time. If you are interested in securing an alternative size, simply place a new order and return the original unsuitable item.
Exchanges are subject to stock availability and our 14-day Returns Policy. If you would like to change styles, we ask you to request a refund and make a new order for the different style. We are able to offer exchanges on the same style and colour where a different size is required.
We do not cover shipping costs for returned goods, and we accept no responsibility for the loss of goods being returned.
Note: Shipping costs for exchanged items can only be refunded on faulty merchandise that has not been worn, soiled, damaged, and still has the original cardboard swing tags intact.
We create clothes that fit true to size, however, If in between the sizes, please choose a size up.
